Why is one filling machine equipped with two bottle blowing machines?

In a water filling production line, a blow molding machine is used to produce plastic bottles, and the power consumption of the blow molding machine accounts for the majority. There is a high-temperature oven inside, which needs to evenly heat the preform to a state where it can blow the bottles. Not only electricity consumption, but also the cost of bottle blowing machines account for a large proportion in the production equipment of bottled purified water. Our fully automated large-scale pure water production line is equipped with two automatic bottle blowing systems, which are connected through cross air ducts and controlled by a separate PLC control system using photoelectric detection to control the action of the cross air ducts, so that the blown bottles can enter the pure water three in one filling machine in an orderly manner.
