A weight-based filling machine is a high-precision liquid filling device, whose core working principle involves real-time monitoring of the filling weight through load cells to ensure accuracy with each fill. When the electronic load cell installed on the filling valve detects that the filled juice has reached a certain weight, the filling mode transitions from coarse filling to fine filling, thereby improving filling efficiency and achieving perfect liquid level accuracy.
