Bottled Purified Water Project in Africa Customer Factroy

We provide the complete A to Z producing line for making bottled pure water.

Based on the comprehensive production capacity and budget, we used two bottle blowing machines in this line. The two machines work simultaneously and then merge through air conveyors before filling.

The filling machine is an integrated rinsing , filling, and capping machine, and equipped with a lid cleaning system to ensure that the lid is also clean, dust-free, and sterile.

This customer's label uses PVC labels, and we adopted a labeling shrinkage system. The label sleeve machine sleeve the label on the bottle, and then shrink the label by steam through the shrink tunnel.

Finally, pack the labeled bottled water with PE film.

The entire production line is fully automated, it is easy to use. You can operate and control the machine through a touch screen.

Our engineers go to the customer's factory for installation and debugging, and train the users to operate and maintain the machine correctly. Now this water production line has been put into production, wish our customers get great success in the products.
