5 liter big bottle water filling line running well in customer factory

This filling line is for filling and packing 5 liter plastic bottle, capacity can be 1200 bottles of water per hour.

The whole filling packing line includes bottle blowing making machine, empty bottle body labeling machine for OPP label, washing filling capping 4 in 1 machine, cap label sleeve and shrink system, date coding, PE fim shrink packing, and palletizer.

All the whole machine is fully automatic running, users can control the the machine by the touch screen.

Our engineers visited the customer factory to install and debug the equipment, and trained the relevant users on the correct operrate and maintenance of the water production line.

This water production line is currently producing 5 liter water for customers, with stable running and a production capacity of 1200 bottles per hour.
