Sheenstar Beverage Production Line Commissioning Report: 12,000BPH Carbonated Drink System Operational in African Client's Facility

Our long-term African partner has successfully commissioned the first phase of their beverage production complex - a 12,000 bottles per hour carbonated drink line supplied by Sheenstar. 

This turnkey solution integrates six core systems:
• PET Blow Molding System
• Water Treatment System
• Automated Juice Batching Station
• Rinsing Filling Capping Machine
• OPP Labeling Machine
• PE Film Shrink Wrapping Machine

After the machine completes production, it is first debugged and operated at the Sheentar factory. After the customer inspects the machines, it is sent to the customer's factory. After the equipment arrives at the customer's factory, our engineers will go to the customer's factory to install and debug the equipment, and train the operators on the correct use and maintenance of the machine.
