900bph 5 gallon barrel Drinking water producing line

This 5 gallon barrel drinking water producing line is used for filling pure water into 5 gallon barrel, capacity can be 900 barrels per hour.

This production line includes a cap removal machine, a 5-gallon bucket external brush machine, 26 washing stations inside cleaning machine, a filling machine, and a cap label shrinking machine.

Unlike other bottled water filling machines, this bottled water production line has two separate machines for washing and filling.

The wahing machine has 26 flushing stations, five water storage tanks
First step: Rinse with cold pure water
Second step: Rinse with hot pure water
Third step: Rinse with disinfectant water
Fourth step: Rinse with cold pure water
Fifth step: Ozone water flushing

We also offer another three in one equipment for flushing, filling, and capping. High pressure internal flushing and external brushing machine for cleaning the barrel, labeling machine, bagging machine, light checker and palletizer.

All the machines are made of high quality SUS304/306. The filling line will run fully automatically. Workers can control the machines by the touch screen.
