1.This bottle filling and capping machine integrates 3 main parts: empty bottle rinsing part, bottle filling part, capping part with cap elevator and cap sterilizer.
2.The water bottling machine can fill 28000 bottles of water per hour. The filling valve has high precision, so that the water liquid level is perfect.
3.The capping part has a long tunnel with the cap elevator, the elevator will check and lift the caps to the capping part, when there is no caps, the alarm will flash and emit a sound to notify the operator.
