RXGF16-16-16-5 Juice Medium temperature filling 4 in 1 machine
This 4 in 1 machine is for filling juice into plastic bottle. Capacity is about 6000 bottles per hour based on 500ml bottle.
The 4 in 1 juice filling machine filling temperature is around 55℃，medium temperature filling .
Different with hot juice, the medium temperature juice can not kill the bacteria, so machine with two washing steps to keep the bottles without bacteria as possible. First ,washing bottles with disinfect water, there is a disinfect water tank with the juice filling machine. Second ,washing bottles with pure water.
The filling valves also made by stainless steel 316.
The juice filling machine have a reflux filling mouth to clean the bottle neck.
The machine have a online cap washing system with pump ,disinfect water tank, cap sterilize tunnel, pipes and so on.
